The Polytechnic City of Innovation wants to become a meeting point for the UPV and enterprises. To facilitate joint ventures, the park will hold the Centre for Entrepreneurial Development of Technological Innovation (CEDIT), which will offer enterprises a 20.000 m² building for the development of R+D+I activities in co-operation with UPV institutes and researchers.

These facilities will not be in operation until 2007, but there is a large number of enterprises interested and a waiting list with over 50 enterprises.
