Joint activities between the UPV and private enterprises can be arranged through different mechanisms:
Declaration of intent where the general conditions of future co-operation activities in different fields are established.
The UPV fulfils an R+D project commissioned by an enterprise. The contract should specify aims, working plan, economic conditions and limits, confidentiality, etc.
Transfer of UPV industrial or intellectual property rights for their exploitation or other uses.
Fulfilment of technical lab work in order to obtain technological information, new processes or products that do not need research, as they do not present uncertainties or technical hazards.
Rendering of a technical service (measurements or reports) or sale of a product manufactured at the UPV as a result of UPV research.
